We can also make fresh steaks, ground burger, and roasts from your deer. All the fresh and smoked sausages are batch processed. We have options available for an extra fee that ensure you always get your own deer sausage back. We have strict protocols in place to ensure that you always get back your own burger, steaks, roasts, and any other fresh cuts back from the deer you delivered.
